Shipping Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

 

 1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours). Shipping times do not include the processing day, weekends, or holidays.


 2. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.


3. Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. 


4. Taxes and Additional Charges

Shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges imposed by their destination country or territory.


 5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non‑refundable once an order has been processed and shipped, even if a return or exchange is requested. Shipping is a service provided by the carrier and cannot be canceled or reversed once the package has been dispatched.


6. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Relekun Jewelry is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, provided the order was shipped to the address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to Relekun Jewelry due to:

  • Failed delivery attempt

  • Wrong or incomplete address, and/or

  • Unclaimed package

and the customer wishes to have it reshipped; they must cover the handling and reshipping costs. If the error was caused by Relekun Jewelry, we will cover all handling and reshipping fees.
