2. Timeframe to Request a Return or Exchange
Request must be submitted within 5 business days from the date the carrier confirms delivery. Please note that this timeframe refers solely to sending the request, not to returning the item. After the request is submitted, Relekun Jewelry will evaluate the case and notify the customer of the outcome.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect product was sent.
Relekun Jewelry is not responsible for:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery and include photos of:

If confirmed, Relekun Jewelry will cover all replacement or reshipment costs.

Please allow 5–12 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
